Private or Semi-Private Individualized Sports Performance Training
Strength, Speed, Athleticism, Endurance, and Power comprise the five pillars of a true Hockey-Athlete, and represent the collective focus in all Sports Training sessions...Regardless of age, Sports Performance Training sessions provide athletes with a customized workout geared towards the individual's age, athletic base level, and of course, individual goals. Free weights, barbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, and resistance bands are among the equipment and tools utilized to improve the Hockey-Athlete. Additionally, our Sports Performance Training team will strive to quantify the athlete's development by utilizing state-of-the-art technology including Hawkin Dynamic Force Plates and electronic timing gates. This technology is used by the top organizations across all major sports. The customization of the plan, knowledge of the instructor, and the data points and metrics produced help ensure that, by the conclusion of the training session, the individual looks, feels, and actually is improved.
