Frequently Asked Questions

What are combines?

Combines are set up as a way to showcase what you have been working on. Players will receive a profile and be tested in many different events both on and off the ice to see how their skills are progressing and how their skills compare to players their age . Based upon that skill testing, you can work with a Method Hockey coach to create a training plan to improve your skills!

Will there be video analysis?

Yes. Method Hockey will have an NHL video capture system. Bring in your game tape and we can isolate a player using h is/her number and see all of the game footage on that player to go over film. We can also do it for an entire team. Ask our staff about our video sessions.

Will players compete against each other in the center?

In a fun game - like way. They will compete for workout points using our heart rate monitor system. They will also compete in shooting games and stick handling games as well as games on our synthetic rink.

What Coaches are available?

Our staff coaches are Jamie Lundmark, Chris Campanale, Jean O’Neil, Austin White, Stephen Notebaert, Fran Mackin and Chris Baer. We also have a number of coaches that work part-time in our facility.

How much Ice will be available?

We have hours of ice available each week as well as summer camps every week of the summer. We will also have our realistic synthetic ice available over 80 hours per week.
